Human Resources Organization and Mission

Southeastern provides a variety of services to our clients in order to contribute to the growth and profitability of the client company. Our goal is to assist clients with comprehensive HR Services designed to anticipate and prevent employee issues and respond to problems as they arise.

In addition, the company has Client Service Managers with strong HR backgrounds, located regionally in the field that are able to provide fundamental HR advice and counsel to our clients directly at the work site, electronically, or by telephone. Because of the CSM's location and their close working relationship with the sales/service functions, they are available and very able to address client issues from day one of the relationship.

Southeastern's clients receive hands-on and telephonic Human Resources services as needed. This includes the traditional HR menu of recommendations to achieve best HR practices, Employee Handbook preparation, Employee Relations counsel, assistance with EEO matters, advice on compensation practices, and employee retention. These services include;

Identifying legal requirements and reporting regulations affecting Human Resources and ensuring that compliant policies, procedures, and reporting vehicles are in place.

Advises management in appropriate, ethical, and legal resolution of employee relations issues.

Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.

Assists with the investigation of employee allegations regarding discrimination, sexual or other harassment, wage and salary discrepancies etc, and, if needed, the preparation of appropriate responses to government agencies.
